Map UnavailableJoin the Planting Support crew to help the Friends of the Urban Forest team prep for planting trees in the Mission. You will arrive at 8:00AM on Saturday morning to help FUF staff deliver the trees to their planting locations, divide and drop off mulch to each planting site, and help out with watering the trees.
No experience needed — we’ll supply tools and guidance. Wear work clothes and bring water to stay hydrated. We will provide coffee and bagels in the morning, and the property owners will provide refreshments when the planting is done!
***To sign up for this volunteer opportunity, you must be over the age of 18 and have a valid driver’s license. You will be lifting trees and buckets of mulch into our trucks, then delivering them to each tree planted.***
