Join us for our 2019 Neighborhood Organizer Training

Want more trees in your neighborhood? Then join us for a training to learn how to be a Neighborhood Organizer! We are happy to invite all new and returning FUF volunteers to learn how to reach out to their neighbors and help green their community.

When: Wednesday, March 20, 6-8PM
Where: FUF Office, 1007 General Kennedy Ave, Ste 1

Enjoy food and drinks, connect with other dedicated volunteers, and get ready to lead outreach campaigns in your community. You will learn what it takes to be a neighborhood organizer, from on-the-ground canvassing, to networking with community groups, to creating effective social media campaigns. FUF relies on the support of volunteer Neighborhood Organizers to recruit new tree planters. These are folks who want to talk with their neighbors and connect with community groups to spread the word that free trees are coming.

Come brainstorm with us and leave ready to help lead your neighborhood in planting between 50 and 100 trees! A large tree planting beautifies your community, strengthens neighborhood cohesion and pride, and provides environmental benefits for generations to come.

Please RSVP and tell your friends and neighbors.
