Planting solo

Tree care is your chance to help ensure that your young tree becomes a large tree and a healthy one. If you have chosen a species wisely, chances are that with a weekly or twice weekly drink of 15- 20 gallons of water, a bi-annual adjustment of the ties, an eighteen month visit from a certified arborist, and the grace of Mother Nature, you can look forward to years of beauty and greenery. Tree Care is essential, and it's not as hard as you think.

Tree care is like taking care of your teeth.  A little work on your part day-to-day, spend a little money every year for preventative maintenance, or do nothing and face high costs and much more pain down the line.

Want to learn more about tree care?  We can offer several options:

Volunteer on the first and third Saturday of the month or during the week.  Call (415) 561-6890 x102 for more info.
